Serenella, a fashion retailer in Boston and Nantucket, is consistently voted as one of the best shops in the world. Established in 1982, Serenella required a brand refresh that allowed the company to communicate its identity and its editing of fashion trends as well as expand into new regional markets.
From 2001 to 2013, we helped establish the Serenella brand through a refreshed identity, a new website, a system of communication pieces that included multi-page direct mail pieces, eblasts and print advertising.
The new logo was applied to all collateral material as well as to direct mail pieces, website and advertising. Seasonal campaigns were shot on location in Boston.
A second store opened in Nantucket in 2012. For the opening of the first Serenella outside of Boston we created a promotion that included a ticket for a private flight on the island inside a custom ticket holder that effectively introduces the arrival of Serenella on Nantucket.
For the brand's new outpost in Nantucket we designed an invitation that resembled an airline ticket to be sent to the store's best customers.
